„You have to have a plan…“
Welcome to In Conversation, the podcast dedicated to giving you an unparalleled look into electronic music’s greatest minds, both in the studio and beyond. We deconstruct their daily routines, fears, and quirks, showing you what makes them tick, and what exactly makes them so successful. From artists to managers, agents and promoters, these are the people who make it happen, pushing our community forward.
One of the things I have always planned for this show is to have guests return and continue our conversations right where we left off. Either to talk about new developments or to just shoot the shit and have a good time. That time has come, as we invite back our dear friend Joyce Muniz. This time, however, she brought a few guests of her own. Not all too long ago, we premiered the track ‚Speed of Life‚ from Demetrius, which was part of the first release of Black Diamonds, the record label Joyce and Demetrius co-created alongside Joshua Tennet. The direction of the label will come as much of a surprise to anyone who’s a fan of Joyce’s music, but after having this conversation with the crew, it all makes perfect sense. Live performances in electronic music are nothing new, but I strongly believe that they are the future for DJs if they want to really take their game to the next level. With that being said, please welcome the Black Diamonds crew to In Conversation.
